Responsibilities SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as a course director and curriculum specialist for the training management functional course in the 6th Combat Training Squadron Formal Education and Training Program, Operational Training Development (OTD), responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training concepts, programs, and procedures to meet instructional requirements. Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive range of training programs. Evaluates courses, adjusting as necessary to curricula, teaching methodologies, schedules, etc., based on internal and external evaluation analysis including graduate and supervisor feedback and input from other instructors.
