Training Specialist

Position Overview:

The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging e-learning courses that support global and local learning initiatives across DSV. This role combines creativity, instructional design expertise, and technical proficiency to produce high-quality digital learning experiences that enhance employee performance and knowledge across diverse business areas.

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, has a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
