Training Specialist

To assist the immediate head in designing, developing, and facilitating the various training programs that aim to respond to the established Training Needs aligned with the organization's Vision, Mission, and Corporate Values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate with at least (1) year experience in Human Resources, particularly in Training & Development
• Preferably Psychology, Education, Business Administration or Industrial Engineer
• Knowledge of instructional design principles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
