Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees
Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments
Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions
Implement training techniques that improve knowledge retention and application
Develop specialized training programs for collections teams, focusing on effective debt recovery techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance with legal regulations
Train collections staff on handling difficult conversations, objection handling, and customer-centric approaches to debt recovery
