Training Standards Lead

CAE is seeking a Training Standards Lead to support the execution of its global training strategy and ensure consistent, high‑quality customer experiences across Civil training operations. This role partners closely with Training Centers to support the development, qualification, and technical mentorship of Civil Instructors and Examiners, translating global standards into effective local execution.

Key responsibilities include:
+ Provide mentoring, performance oversight, and professional guidance for Instructors, Examiners, Tutors, Mentors, and Coaches.
+ Coordinate, analyze, and follow up on audits and performance reviews to ensure instructional consistency, regulatory compliance, and training quality.
+ Champion global training standards by translating enterprise initiatives into local actions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
