**Title**:Training Supervisor - Associate**Department/Office**:Latin America and Caribbean (LAC)**Reports to**:Education Senior Manager**Overall Responsibilities**:Implement the different educational programs for members and non-members in the region in a timely manner, follow up on the calendar of educational virtual and in person events, compile the information and presentations for each session as needed, and support to the logístical and educational needs before, during and after the event.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Follow up on the annual educational virtual and in person events program for its implementation.
- Configure the platforms for virtual educational events and ensure a proper execution.
- Actively seek out new speakers, maintain excellent communication with them, track and manage speakers' information such as agreements, bios, and photos.
