Training Supervisor – TeleOperations

Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Training Supervisor – TeleOperations for their Scottsdale, AZ location. Responsibilities:

+ Partner with Leads, Managers, Project Managers, Trainers and Mentors to optimize training program efficiency and throughput.

+ Serve as a point of contact for TeleOps training team personnel on-location, including alignment on procedures, conducting Trainer and Mentor training, and audit Trainer and Mentor activities for quality assurance.

+ Oversee TeleOps learner progression and maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System

+ Schedule training missions/sessions and resources needed for training events in alignment with high-level team scaling goals

+ Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training sessions as needed, including IRL and simulated experiences

+ Update training materials as needed (classroom decks, assessments, etc.)
