Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TRAINING TECHNICIAN - TITLE 32, Position Description Number PDD3024000 and is part of the KY 123 AW, National Guard. Responsibilities As a TRAINING TECHNICIAN - TITLE 32, GS-1702-9, you will oversee Group Training Programs and Subordinate Unit Compliance. Serve as the Group Unit Training Manager (UTM). Act as the primary advisor to the Group Commander /A-Staff Director on training policy and execution across subordinate units. Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of group-wide education and training initiatives, establish a cohesive training strategy and ensure compliance through coordination with subordinate UTMs. Provide policy interpretation from Headquarters and Major Command levels.
