Suport the correct execution of training related to capacity building of technical and administrative personnel.
generate reports and KPI ́s.
**Description compl�mentaire**:
Follow-up on the competency status of operational and administrative personnel (OJT, evaluations and release to roster).
Scheduling of M & M/R courses required by the competent authorities.
Monitoring and release of direct and indirect personnel.
Participate in the training efficiency evaluation process.
Management of training monitoring and programming software.
