Elliott Davis is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate who will work closely with our onshore and offshore team members to provide financial due diligence of middle-market US clients. The Transaction Advisory Services Line provides buy side due diligence, sell-side due diligence, and working capital assistance.
