Transaction Advisory Sr. Associate

Robert Half is partnering with a leading financial advisory firm specializing in transaction advisory, due diligence, investment banking, and risk mitigation who is searching for a Senior Associate.


What You’ll Do

+ Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across private equity, lenders, and corporate clients

+ Perform quality of earnings (QoE) and financial analysis, including:

+ Income statement & balance sheet analysis

+ Cash flow reconciliation

+ Data room and request list management

+ Analyze target company financials to assess risks, opportunities, and purchase price impacts

+ Assist in preparing client-ready reports and deliverables

+ Partner closely with engagement leads and cross-functional TAS teams

This role is 100% in office.


Requirements
