We are a high-production U.S. real estate operation seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage listings and contracts from pre-listing through closing.

This is not a basic VA role.

This is a performance-driven, client-facing operations role.

You will manage multiple active files, communicate directly with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies, and ensure transactions move efficiently and compliantly to closing.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Must work U.S. EST/CST hours
• One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
• $12 USD/hour
• Approx. $1,920/month ($23,040/year)
• Long-term international contractor role
