**Role Summary**

The Transaction Manager is a key member of the Corporate Trust team, responsible for the end-to-end documentation and management of international, cross-border transactions, including bonds, loans, escrows, and account bank arrangements. Serving as the primary liaison between legal counsel, clients, and internal stakeholders, the Transaction Manager ensures all deals adhere to the highest operational and documentation standards. This role is integral throughout the entire transaction lifecycle—from initial mandate and launch to closing and maturity—and acts as the primary point of contact for all portfolio-related inquiries.
