We are seeking an organized and proactive
Transaction Manager
to oversee real estate transactions from contract execution to closing. This role ensures timelines are met, compliance is maintained, and clients experience a seamless, professional process. You will coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders, with authority to manage deals and escalate only when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Review contracts, open escrow, confirm deposits, and enter transaction details in platforms like Follow Up Boss, Open to Close, Asana, AppFiles, and KW Command.
• Track and enforce all deadlines (inspection, appraisal, loan, closing) and proactively flag potential issues.
• Draft and negotiate inspection repairs, addendums, and extensions; present offers with net sheets; guide clients on finan...
