Transaction Monitoring Analyst

Duration: 12 Months (renewable)
Location: Sunway Pinnacle, Subang Jaya
Rotational Shift ; 5 days work , 2 days off
Basic salary: RM Shift Allowances
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience preferably bachelor' degree in Accounting & Finance background.
Core Skills:
Analytical Thinking: Ability to spot patterns, anomalies and inconsistencies in transaction data.
Attention to Detail: Precision in reviewing financial records and identifying suspicious activity.
Decision-Making: Judging when to escalate cases based on risk indicators and thresholds.
Communication: Clear documentation and reporting of findings
Time Management: Handling multiple cases efficiently within SLA to meet daily targets with quality.
Logical & Technical Know-How
• Understanding of AML/KYC principles
• Knowledge of transaction flows in e-commerce, banking or payment platforms
• Familiarity with tools like: Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
