Handle commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development

Draft and negotiate core deal documents and support closings

Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel to keep matters moving

Support transactions across multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and manufactured housing asset classes
Qualifications
1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience in a law firm

Active Virginia Bar admission (in good standing)

Strong drafting, communication, and organization skills

Able to manage multiple matters with attention to detail

Relocation welcome (at candidate’s expense)
