Excel as TransAlta's Pension & Benefits Advisor, working in a hybrid model out of Calgary, AB. Drive compliance and outstanding service in employee benefits management.
This full-time role focuses on administering benefits for unionized and non-union employees alike while supporting pension inquiries under the guidance of the Director, Compensation & Total Rewards. Experience of at least five years in benefits administration is essential, along with a solid understanding of compliance in multi-jurisdictional environments. Collaborate with HR and various vendors to enhance service delivery and resolve issues effectively.
