Location: Transcom Frontera, Las Fiestas Road, Pasig City (in front of Tiendesitas Mall)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
• Assist customers with online shopping, orders, and product concerns
• Ensure a smooth and satisfying e-commerce experience

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
• With or without BPO experience (we provide training!)
• 6 months of chat and email support experience is a PLUS!
• Good written communication skills in English
• Willing to work onsite at Transcom Frontera, Pasig City
