**What you ́ll do***:- Lead the technology transfer of products from R&D to the plant, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and execute pilot runs and validations in the plant for new formula and packaging developments.
- Act as the technical expert on the shop floor, making real-time decisions and managing operational conflicts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Marketing, Quality, Deployment, and R&D to ensure successful product launches.
