• Lead the technology transfer of products from R&D to the plant, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and execute pilot runs and validations in the plant for new formula and packaging developments.
• Act as the technical expert on the shop floor, making real-time decisions and managing operational conflicts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Marketing, Quality, Deployment, and R&D to ensure successful product launches.
