This role is a limited term appointment for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months. Are you looking for a unique clinical challenge that develops specialist transfer skills? As Transfer Fellow, you will have the unique opportunity to combine anaesthetic work at Nobles Hospital with hands‑on transfer medicine for the Isle of Man Air Ambulance Service. Working with a pressurised fixed‑wing aircraft, you’ll manage adults and children who require HDU or ICU level care during flight, including trauma, cardiac and time‑critical cases.

Main duties of the job

You’ll begin with a structured induction flying with a range of patients, before progressing to solo doctor transfers working alongside an experienced transfer practitioner.
