Transformation Analyst

Job Purpose:
Contribute to defining and advancing the company’s transformation agenda. Support the management and orchestration of cross-functional transformation projects’ portfolio and key processes, ensuring governance, delivery, and alignment with the Strategic Plan.

This implies being involved in key projects and navigating diverse, cross-functional teams. Operating with a consultancy mindset, this role will eventually support the Growth team by contributing to the execution of M&A and post-merger integration (PMI) activities.

+ Direct involvement in Transformative Initiatives:


+ Support high-priority transformation projects from end to end, ensuring successful delivery and tangible impact.

+ Provide ownership at all stages of the project lifecycle, working with stream leaders in order to ensure deliverables (on time, on cost, on scope).
