Required Skills & Qualifications:

Work Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting transitions, Transformations, migrations, or shared services operations within a global or captive GBS/GCC environment
• Hands-on experience with Knowledge Transfer, shadowing models, go-live readiness, and stabilization support (required) .

Training:

Formal training in change management (Prosci/ADKAR), process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath), Program and Project Management (PPM), Lean Six Sigma (preferred).

• Strong execution discipline and attention to detail Comfortable working across time zones with U.S. stakeholders
• Clear communicator with structured problem-solving skills
• Able to balance speed, quality, and risk in live operational transitions
