Transformation Manager, AI

As the Transformation Manager, AI, you will partner with business and technology leaders to embed AI into core operations and ensure solutions are designed for adoption and deliver the anticipated business impact. You will shape the strategic vision for AI across Business functions and Office functions, translating vision into roadmaps and Target Operating Models to help Manulife adopt and scale AI responsibly. In addition, you will lead AI CoE overall progress management, the reporting and stakeholder communications including external partners such as the Economic Development Board (EDB) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). This is a newly created role, established as part of Manulife’s AI Center of Excellence (CoE), based in Singapore and reports to AI Commercialization.
