Job Description

Role- Transformation Program Manager   
Required Technical Skill Set- role requires strong program governance, stakeholder leadership, financial control, and execution rigor  
Desired Experience Range-10-15 yrs  
Location of Requirement - Noida only  
Experience & Qualifications   
15+ years  of overall experience in technology or business transformation  
5+ years  leading large‑scale transformation programs or portfolios  
Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors and 3rd ‑party tool implementations   
Prior experience in large enterprise or global accounts  preferred  
Program/Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, PRINCE2) – preferred
