Job Description

                    Conduct situational analysis of existing transit and TIR-related processes including technical, legal, IT, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
Document current operational workflows across border posts, seaports, airports, and inland cargo processing points.
Analyze system infrastructure, ICT assets, and information/data requirements utilized across transit trade operations.
Perform detailed gap analysis by comparing existing processes with international transit trade best practices and standards.
Conduct consultations with public-sector stakeholders, private operators, carriers, terminal operators, shipping lines, traders, and regulatory bodies.
Develop stakeholder mapping matrix outlining roles and responsibilities across the transit value chain.
