The purpose of the Transformation Lead role is to drive through a complex operational transition and act as the key liaison between the central transformation program and the BAU operations team. You will be responsible for planning and executing the implementation of a new, strategic operating model for one of our key business functions.

The Lead will focus on ensuring the readiness for change, meeting strict stage gate criteria at every phase. Your primary mandate is to manage a seamless transition, ensuring that operational integrity and service levels are maintained and enhanced throughout the process.

The Transformation Lead will be a champion for the change initiative, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of new processes and models.
