Transition Leader - Water Services Transformation (Flexible WFH)

Wellington Water is seeking a Principal Advisor – Transition to lead critical water services transition activities in Wellington Region. This full-time, 12-month role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, establishment phase organization. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Flexibility is supported with up to 2 days working from home and 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service. A comprehensive wellbeing programme and development opportunities are also part of the package.
