About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end RCM projects, ensure seamless onboarding of clients and resources, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage RCM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee client onboarding, including process setup, training, and transition support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, and Client Services) to streamline workflows.
Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.
Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in RCM and onboarding.
