Transition Manager

We’re looking for a Transition Manager to lead the smooth onboarding and transition of IT services into steady‑state operations. You’ll work closely with clients, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure seamless service takeovers with minimal disruption.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role, ideal for professionals with strong transition, ITSM, or project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end service transitions across people, process, and technology
• Develop and execute transition plans, timelines, and risk registers
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness
• Act as the key transition point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Support go‑live and hypercare to ensure service stability
