Job Description

                    Qualifications Minimum 12‑15 years experience working with OEM or Tier1 mobile service providers in a network operation centre 
Minimum 4‑5 years experience in a customer‑facing role presenting NOC performance 
4‑5 years managing a team of 50+ engineers 
Strong knowledge and skill to handle customer technical/process related queries 
Experience in a B2B customer environment and its processes 
High understanding of the telecom domain 2G/3G/LTE/5G 
Hands‑on experience with TX‑SDH, DWDM, OTN Network & operations 
Managing fault management of transmission 
Basic understanding of mobile backhaul network on MPLS, Ethernet 
Experience diagnosing problems with customers and driving resolution 
Experience with vendor platforms NMS/EMS such as Huawei, Alcatel, Adva, Ericsson, Nokia 
Experience in transmission circuit provisioning and optimisation activities
