This opportunity
The Transmission Network Operation Centre Engineer is responsible for ensuring a high level of service availability through effective network and customer fault management. Responsibilities will focus on delivering continuous improvement and optimal service by providing tier 1 support for all network faults and an escalation point for customer service faults.
