As a Transmission Electrical Fitter, you’ll be able to communicate confidently and have a great eye for detail. This role will report to the Supervisor, and you’ll be joining an experienced team to construct and maintain electrical equipment to customer requirements in a substation environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out prescribed electrical work according to regulations
• Inspecting, fault finding, and defect elimination on HV and LV electrical equipment.
• Accurate record‑keeping and reporting of the works undertaken
• Identify potential issues and provide effective solutions to recover from setbacks
• Conduct job scoping and planning with accuracy
• Assist with repair and maintenance activities and identify potential problems and solutions to recover from any setbacks
