Transplant Coordinator, SingHealth Duke-NUS Transplant Centre

As a transplant coordinator, you are able to impact the lives of our patients and their families. You are required to identify potential donors from the pool of brain death and cardiac death in SingHealth hospitals. You will be part of the multidisciplinary team alongside the patients during their transplant journeys within our transplant programs in SingHealth. You will also support the Organ Donation Oversight Committee as a transplant advocate and assist in organ donation initiatives to create awareness to internal and external stakeholders.

You will acquire clinical knowledge (medical, surgical, human physiology and organ tissue-cell specific anatomies), be familiar with common ailments and chronic diseases and be well-versed with legislations that permit organ donation.
