TRANSPORT AND CUSTOMS MANAGER Job

• Coordinate dispatches with trucking coordinator and strategize delivery schedules.
• Monitor and report daily Dispatch Plan, invoices, PODs, and billings.
• Manage fleet, 3PL providers, and resources efficiently to optimize operations.
• Ensure timely customs clearance for imports and exports and maintain customs records.
• Implement customs process simplifications and apply for customs-related permits.
• Prepare and submit reports including OTIF, Freight Cost, CO₂ Footprint, and Customs Savings Report.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to HSE standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility for relocation or reassignment.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years + experience in Logistics or Supply Chain; experience in a logistics company preferred.
