1. In-House Fleet Management

• Schedule and dispatch company vehicles and drivers for goods and personnel transport.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle service schedules, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records on vehicle usage, licenses, accidents, and running costs.
• Enforce driver policies and safety standards through regular briefings and checks.

2. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Coordination

• Identify and evaluate third-party transport providers based on capacity, pricing, and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with transport vendors.
• Coordinate daily operations with 3PLs to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Resolve issues related to service delays, damages, or vendor non-compliance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with external logistics providers.
