About the Role:

As a Transport Dispatch Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal teams. You'll be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day logistics activities including scheduling deliveries, monitoring routes, and ensuring that transport operations run smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route and allocate delivery runs
• Provide track and trace updates
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
• Update and maintain accurate records of transport activities
