Transport Coordinator

Overview

A Transport coordinator prepares routes and manages a company’s purchase order such as but not limited to use for PMs and Truck repairs. The main duties includes reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation system to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipments cost and productivity processes.

Qualifications

• College graduate
• At least 2 years’ experience as a transport coordinator in logistics company
• Sound knowledge of shipping process and metrics.
• Ability to handle and maneuver fragile stocks with ease.
• Strong communication, analytical and team work skills.
• Effective communication including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication
• Quick critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and client relation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
