Job Description

                    Ensures complete, accurate and timely Delivery of stocks to customers according to leadtime set on the Logistics Manual (Project Blue Book) or customer request. 
Prepares the load plan and facilitates the dispatching of trips. 
Initiates huddle meeting for suggested revisions with Transport Planner 
Communicates with Warehouse Supervisor the transport plan to ensure finished goods are prepared for loading. 
Receives POD documents and sorts them according to trip clustering. 
Updates Transport Assistant/Driver of adjusted call time, when necessary. 
Monitors the dwell time of each unit to prevent possible delay. 
Escalates to Transport and Distribution Supervisor issues during loading and dispatching and recommends solutions. 
Monitors the arrival of units based on call time to manage the Traffic flow in TIIC warehouse. 
Generates and issues manifest to Driver.
