Transport Coordinator

The Transport Coordinator is responsible in ensuring the timely completion of all Hustling and Door-Delivery requirements. The role is critical in overseeing the day-to-day CY and transport operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage trucking requirements and monitor the performance of truck drivers and helpers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Dispatch trucks for the hauling of inbound and outbound cargo.
• Overseeing the CY Checkers and Forklift Operators, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations.
• Ensure that door pick-up and door delivery transactions are completed.
• Communicate with accredited truckers regarding their trip assignments.
• Monitor door services, including truck arrival, status, and departure from sites, until the truck reaches the terminal gate.
• Update the Haulage Load Planning, Haulage Load Confirmation, and Haulage Discharge Confirmation in SVM.
