Transport Coordinator - Stack Runs

Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity for a Stack Run Coordinator to join our team!

This role will be responsible for leading, optimising and overseeing all stack run planning activities across multiple container park locations.  The role ensures the effective coordination of stack run operations while also driving continuous improvement, system optimisation, and strategic planning.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and implement stack runs in and out of the container park

• Ensure all plans are effective to minimise disruption to depot operations

• Relay stack run windows to shipping lines and confirm when runs are complete

• Act as escalation point for complex stack run issues across all container park locations

• Manage and supply solutions to stock shortfalls

• Oversee reconciliation of relevant invoices and ensure correct cost allocations
