transport - customer service representative

Qualifications:

• At least college level; graduate of Business Administration, Logistics, or any related course is an advantage
• With experience in customer service, logistics, or transport operations is preferred
• Knowledgeable in transportation and delivery processes, including coordination with drivers and clients
• Good communication skills (verbal and written); able to deal professionally with customers
• Able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email); familiarity with transport or logistics systems is an advantage
• With good moral character; trustworthy, dependable, and hardworking
• Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City
• Can start immediately
