Transport Executive

What is your role?

• The position is accountable in organizing and control of transport operation, to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of delivery schedule is rendered safely and efficient. He is also responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and availability of fleets in the site.

What will you do?

• Daily briefing and debriefing of driver, helper and tanker operator
• Bi-weekly facilitate Take 5 & Toolbox meeting
• Conduct driver behavior observation on site, on the road and customer site twice a month
• Participates in the monthly Site Safety Council Meeting
• Randomly check compliance in the site
• Ensure monthly performance reviews with the third-party haulers are conducted with minutes of the meeting and actions are agreed and complied.
• Attends to Safest Driver’s Awarding once a month
