Transport Logistics Load Planner

The Logistics Transport Load Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily transportation loads to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods. This role involves analyzing shipment requirements, assigning freight to appropriate carriers, maximizing trailer utilization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. The Load Planner works closely with warehouse teams, dispatchers, carriers, and customer service departments to balance capacity, delivery schedules, and service commitments. Key responsibilities include monitoring route efficiency, resolving scheduling conflicts, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate transportation records, and proactively addressing delays or disruptions.
