Job Description

Manage daily Class 4 transport operations 
Plan driver deployment, routing, and scheduling 
Supervise Class 4 drivers and enforce SOPs 
Ensure compliance with LTA / MOM regulations 
Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, and documentation 
Control fuel, maintenance, and operating costs 
Handle incidents, breakdowns, and customer issues 
Coordinate with customers and internal teams 
Monitor KPIs and prepare basic reports 
Drive operational efficiency and cost improvement
