Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Transport Operations Supervisor, based in Islamabad. The Transport Operations Supervisor will oversee daily transport operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources (Vehicles, Drivers, etc) and adherence to schedules and safety protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring and coordinating staff, managing timely pick & Drop, addressing operational issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Experience in Operations and Operations Management, particularly in transport or logistics
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess situations, identify issues, and implement solutions
