Your impact

• Act as a subject matter expert in VISSIM and other transport modelling tools, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
• Lead or support transport planning projects, providing guidance on complex modelling and appraisal tasks.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, delivery teams, and reviewers to ensure seamless coordination and clean project execution.
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills to develop and recommend best practices across transport modelling disciplines.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development, preparing for future SME responsibilities.
• Take initiative in supporting business operations and continuous improvement within the transport planning group.

Here's what you'll need

Qualifications

Degree in Transportation Planning/Engineering.

Experience

10-14 years of experience with GDC exposure (APAC/UK/ME)
