**Pay:** $26–$32/hour DOE
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (must stay onsite until job is complete)
**Status:** Temp‑to‑Hire (3–6 months, performance‑based)

**Overview**
We’re seeking a hands‑on Transport Specialist to support a Machine Moving & Rigging team moving high‑value industrial, lab, and manufacturing equipment. This role is highly physical and customer‑facing, combining machine moving, rigging support, and transportation coordination. The ideal candidate brings heavy equipment transport experience, strong DOT knowledge, and a safety‑first mindset.

**Important Role Note**
This position begins focused on **machine moving and rigging work** . While a **Class A CDL is required at hire** , **driving responsibilities will begin after successful temp‑to‑hire conversion** , following internal driving and safety training.
