Transport Specialist

Job Description:

• Knowledgeable/Performs the end-to-end process of freight forwarding.
• Monitor trucks, and drivers and set their schedules.
• Coordination with warehouse/co-loaders, transport, and carriers.
• Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior to cut-off.
• Sending Arrival Notices and Notifications to customers
• EDO processing including registration of transport jobs
• AU transport experience is a must.
• Experience with CatSys, Cargowise, and/or Freight Tracker is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration, Logistics, or other related courses
• A licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms
• He/she must ensure the accuracy of data entry.
• Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings
