We have an opportunity for a Transport Supervisor to join the team at our Swindon branch:

Branch Information: 

As the Transport Supervisor, you will support and manage an efficient, effective, and successful delivery service from the nominated Delivery Centre / Hub.

Key responsibilities include: 
Develop a positive and united team culture.

Ensure clear communication in a timely manner in relation to the allocation of team member duties.

Coordinate the balance of activities within the Delivery Centre / Hub across functions to ensure synchronised marshalling and loading is kept with Picking and Replenishment.

Manage and maintain asset management procedures in relation to the return of Cages, Totes, Pallets, and other delivery tools.
